As beautiful as this guest room was, recent life changes called for a revamp! I want to begin by saying I am so very blessed to have a career that allows me to work remotely at home. So to ensure my productivity, I needed to create an efficient workspace. I also started my very own candle line ( The Scent Suite ) this year, and packing orders began to take over my living room. This new home office gives me the much-needed space to get all of the things done!

I love a good before and after shot of a space for inspiration! The transformation part of design and decor is what truly excites and motivates me. I noticed during my first time home buying process that it was hard for my dad (who previewed homes with me) to see past the current home owners decor. It was distracting and he didn’t really see the potential of the homes.

Do you ever find yourself confused when it comes to defining your design style? Well, me too! There are so many features of decor that I love, I found it hard to put a label on my “style”. I recently took a Mr.Kate quiz called “Whats my Aesthetic” and I can see clearly now!

My bathroom is currently my least favorite room in my condo. Like most homeowners, the bathroom is one of the last tackled projects. Well, when it comes to renovations this will be my very first project! I have big plans for this space and its super important that I create a bathroom that is functional and beautiful because, its my only bathroom!
