Glam Baby Shower
I had the pleasure of throwing the cutest little baby shower for a long time friend of mine and it was SO glam I just had to share every detail with you all!
The shower was a "ladybug" theme, so I decided to keep it classy but very, very cute!
I wanted to take the time to show you guys the party decor and provide you with a few links to where I got everything in case you have an event coming up soon!
Let's start off with the welcome table!
The decor for this table was kept sweet and simple. A cute display of the ultrasound sat on top of pink and gold decorative boxes found at Home Goods. We asked guest to add their address to a blank envelope so that she could promptly get out thank you cards. The pink tin we held the envelopes in was from the Target dollar spot, as well as the chalkboard welcome banner!
I also kept the gift table simple since this was a pretty large shower (with over 50 guest). I left plenty of room for her many gifts by just adding the cutest
from one of my favorite Etsy shops.
Guest who brought diapers were entered into a raffle! We used this corner of the gift table to hold the tickets.
We also asked guest to bring baby a book instead of a card. The alphabet box is from Ross.
Now for the Sweets table!!
This table was obviously the focal point of the room! I used a black photography background and added these fun and easy DIY
from Amazon. They were so easy to make and even easier to add to the backdrop!
The
is from the same Etsy shop as the tassel banner and it was absolutely perfect! The
underneath the sweets is from Amazon.
Now lets get into what was actually ON the table:
This adorable cake and mini cupcakes were created at
. Everyone loved the amaretto flavor!
Another big hit at the sweets table were these cute little candy apples from
!
Last is the simple glam table decor.
The
was from Amazon and I used the same
Decorative Tissue Paper Pom-poms Flowers
in a smaller size to run down the middle.
The gold glitter mason jars were a DIY project and the cute little graphics were made by a family friend!
Overall, the decor for the shower was so fun to create! The "mommy to be" absolutely loved it as well as the guest! This was the first time I've ever thrown and decorated an event like this, and although it was a bit challenging, I really enjoyed putting together every detail!
Let me know what you think!
