Glam Bar Cart

A "20 something" year old's must have is a great bar cart! And if you're anything like me, bar carts can be pretty expensive for this 20 something's budget. You know what mama always says.. "You better shop around!".. and that's exactly what I did. See how I managed to create my

Glam Bar Cart

with a not-so-glam budget!

This

West Elm Terrace Bar Cart

was the look I was going for, but not the price I was going for..

I can usually count on Target to have a really great "dupe" in stock for a price I can work with, but even they were out of budget with their

Safavieh Cleopatra

and

Threshold

bar carts!

Fortunately, Ikea always has an alternative :) For just under 30 bucks I grabbed this

Bygel utility cart

from the kitchen section of Ikea and got creative!

For this simple project I went for my old faithful can of Gold Spray paint! The trick is to not assemble the cart until you've spray painted all of the metal gold (or whichever color you choose). After painting, just assemble & stock!

I grabbed most of my items from Target, Home Goods, and Ikea. My "drunk in love" bar art is from the EttaVeeStudio

Esty

shop.

If you don't have a bar cart yet, what are you waiting for!?
